Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Dress

Carefully place the unworn dress with original tags attached into its original packaging or a secure shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
